Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis, and we close registration for a program as soon as we are aware that it is full. If you attempt to register for a program that is oversold, your credit card will not be charged and we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. You will be offered the option of being placed on a waiting list, selecting another program or having your purchase canceled.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Pre-registration is required for all camps. If you need to cancel your registration, a refund less 20% will be given until one week prior to the camp start date. If you need to transfer your camper from one camp and into another camp, you will be charged a $15 processing fee. Due to teacher and supply commitments, no refunds, credits or transfers can be given for cancellations made less than one week prior to the camp start date.
